Higinio is a veteran dj/producer from Spain. He started making music at the age of 16 in an after punk band and started playing and making electronic in the last 80’s. Since then he has been playing every weekend for more than 25 years.
Has been resident dj of many popular clubs like La Real, Albeniz, La Fabrika, Rocamar… and have played in some of the biggest festivals of Spain like Sonar, Aquasella, Doctor Music…
He has released his first record in 1993 when he bought his first sampler. His passion for constant evolution has led him to make different styles of music
… throughout his career, Techno, Tech house, Deep House, Nu Disco… In the early years of his career was best known for his techno side, releasing on labels like Eukatech, Cluster and his own imprint Motor Records.
His first House record was released in 1997, it was Eukahouse001, and since 2000 when he created the label Chaman Records he has specialized in House music in various styles (Deep. Disco. Tech, Electro…).
Has released in renowned labels like Nite Grooves, i Records, Abstract Theory, Open Bar, HEAVY, Stereo, Frole, Perception, Eukahouse, Eukatech… and of course in his own label Chaman Records, achieving great support from djs, producers and press worldwide from the beginning and reached the Top 100 of some of the biggest shops.

Higinio es uno de los pioneros en la música electrónica en nuestro país tanto como disc-jockey como productor. Comenzó a pinchar a finales de los 80 y publicó su primer disco en 1993.
Ha sido residente de todas las salas mas conocidas de Asturias como La Real, Albeniz, Rocamar, El Jardín, Tik, FM o La Fabrika. En todos estos años ha recorrido ya casi todas las provincias de España pinchando en salas y festivales como el Sonar, Aquasella, Satisfaxion, Doctor Music, FAMA, Phonotica, etc con muchos de los artistas de Techno y House más destacados de los últimos años.
Ha publicado en sellos de reconocido prestigio como Nite Grooves, i Records, Abstract Theory, Open Bar, HEAVY, Stereo, Frole, Perception, Outstrip, Eukahouse, Eukatech… y por supuesto sus sellos propios Motor y Chaman Recs, consiguiendo excelentes criticas desde sus comienzos.
